iLovePDF4 provides 84 free online tools for working with documents and images:

- Image tools - resize, crop, compress, convert between formats, add text, and more
- Converter tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, and image conversions to and from PDF
- Utility tools - QR codes, ZIP archives, password generation, and file utilities
Most tools process your files entirely in your web browser: the file never leaves your device. A few heavier converters use server-side processing - those files are transferred over an encrypted connection and automatically deleted within one hour. Each tool page states which model it uses.
The Service is free, requires no account, and is funded by advertising.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must not:
- Process files you do not have the legal right to use
- Use the tools to create or distribute malware, fraud, or unlawful content
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service
- Automate access in a way that degrades performance for other users
- Circumvent security or access restrictions
We may block access for behavior that violates these rules.
You keep all rights to every file you process. We claim no ownership of your content and no license over it beyond what is technically necessary to provide the tool you use.
Because most tools run locally in your browser, we never receive those files at all. For the few server-processed converters, files are deleted automatically within one hour of processing.
You are responsible for keeping your own backups and for ensuring you have the right to process each file.
The Service itself - its design, branding, written guides, and illustrations - belongs to the site operator and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not copy substantial parts of the Service or republish our guides without written permission.
File formats, trademarks, and product names mentioned on the site (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others) belong to their respective owners. Use of those names is descriptive only and does not imply endorsement.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied - including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
